View and share your images and videos online


View your videos and images and use the handy kick stand for that. Or post them straight from your device to compatible online sharing services. Learn how here.


View images

To view images and videos, select Menu > Media > Gallery > Images. From the list you can select:

  • Captured: View all the images and videos you have captured.
  • Months: View images and videos categorised by the month in which they were captured.
  • Albums: View the default albums and the ones you have created.
  • Tags: View the tags you have created for each item.
  • Downloads: View items and videos downloaded from the web or received as a multimedia or e-mail message.
  • All: View all items.
  • Share online: Post your images or videos to the web.


The images and video clip files are in a loop and ordered by date and time. The number of files is displayed. To browse the files one by one, scroll left or right. To browse files in groups, scroll up or down. To open a file, select the file. When an image opens, use the zoom keys to zoom in the image. The zooming ratio is not stored permanently.


Share your photos and videos online

You can post images and video clips straight from your device to compatible online sharing services, such as Share on Ovi. Read more about sharing your media online and how to activate your user account under Internet.


Create a post

To post your photo or video clip online, do the following:

  1. Take the photo or record a video with the camera in your device.
  2. Select the Send icon from the active toolbar on the right, and select Upload.
  3. Select the service to which you want to upload the photo. Note that you may have to activate the service first if you haven’t used it before.
  4. The media upload view opens with your picture automatically inserted into the post.
  5. Fill in the necessary fields.
    • You can add a title, description, tags, location, and adjust the level of privacy.
    • The fields may vary depending on the service you are using.
  6. Select Upload Now.
