1. Where can I get add-on software for my Nokia phone?

For free add-on software and applications, check your phone model's support pages: select your phone model from the drop-down menu at the bottom of Software.

2. Can I update my phone's firmware?

Firmware is your phone's built-in software. Occasionally Nokia releases firmware updates for certain phone models. If you are experiencing trouble with your phone that appears to be firmware related, contact your local Nokia service center to see if an update is available and if it is covered by warranty.

You can find service center contact and address information from the drop-down menu at the bottom of Repair.

It seems that your browser is lacking a certain component in order to proceed with the download. Your internet browser should have MacroMedia Flash Plug-in installed to enable you to view the download wizard on the page. In some PC setups and depending on connection speeds, it may take a while for the Flash module to load. Kindly wait for it to load. The download will proceed shortly after that. Otherwise you may try to download and install the Flash plug-in first before proceeding.

4. How do I set automatic keypad lock for my Series 60 phones?

Please follow these steps:

Tools > Settings > Security > Phone and SIM > Auto lock period > User defined >Set delay time > enter Lock code. (The default Lock code is 12345) > ok

5. How do I add thumbnail image to a contact profile on my Series 60 phones?

To have thumbnail image of the caller displayed during incoming call, go to Contacts, highlight the desired contact name > Options > Edit > Options > Add Thumbnail > choose a picture from the list.

6. How do I activate or deactivate the operator logo on my Nokia phone?

This is a network service. If supported by your service provider, you can choose whether the display shows the operator logo when the phone is in standby mode.

2. Select "on" to show the logo or "off" to hide the logo
